Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 29Per Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and its members regarding the use of the "Fate Hacker" service (the "Service") operated by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all AI fate analysis content and ancillary services based on Four Pillars of Destiny, Zi Wei Dou Shu, astrology, and tarot provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
- "Credit" refers to the payment unit used for one viewing of a paid analysis report.
- "Content" refers to all data in the form of symbols, text, voice, sound, images, and video.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen so that members can easily access them.
- The Company may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- When revising the Terms, the Company shall notify members via the service notice board, specifying the effective date and reasons, at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members or involving significant matters).
Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Four Pillars of Destiny (Saju) Analysis Report
- Zi Wei Dou Shu Analysis Report
- Western Astrology Analysis Report
- Compatibility Analysis (3-system integration)
- Tarot Card Reading
- Major Fortune / Annual Fortune Analysis
- Daily Horoscope
- AI-powered 1:1 Fate Consultation (Oracle Q&A)
- Child Fate Analysis
- Any other services the Company additionally develops or provides through partnerships
- The Company may change the content and provision date of services. In such cases, the changes and new dates shall be immediately announced within the service.
- All analysis results provided by this Service are reference materials based on statistical and traditional fate analysis, and carry no legal effect or prophetic guarantee.
Article 5 (Membership and Eligibility)
- Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
- The Company may refuse or later terminate membership for the following:
- Use of a false name or another person's identity
- Providing false information or omitting required information
- Children under 14 joining without guardian consent
- Cases where registration is technically problematic for the Company
- Membership becomes effective when the Company's acceptance reaches the applicant.
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
- Members must not engage in the following acts:
- Identity theft
- Unauthorized modification of Company-posted information
- Transmission or posting of unauthorized information (e.g., computer programs)
- Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
- Publishing obscene or violent content or content contrary to public order and morals
- Fraudulently obtaining or using credits
- Abusing referral codes (e.g., multiple accounts by the same person)
- Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password; all liability arising from violations is the member's full responsibility.
Article 7 (Payments and Credits)
- Payment methods for paid content include credit cards, virtual accounts, bank transfers, and simple payment services provided through PortOne (PG companies such as NicePay/Galaxia MoneyTree).
- Credit prices and recharge units are as specified on the in-service shop page.
- Purchased credits are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. However, if the Company terminates the service, credits will be refunded after separate notice.
- If credits are not issued due to a system error after payment, the Company will automatically retry the issuance; if 5 retries fail, an operator will manually process it.
Article 7-2 (Timing of Service Provision)
- This service is a digital content service. Upon completion of payment, credits are automatically added to the member's account and become immediately available (within approximately 5 seconds on average).
- Both paid credits and free credits (referral rewards, events, etc.) are charged instantly.
- Even in cases of delay due to force majeure, communication failure, or PG company issues beyond the Company's control, the Company will complete the charge within 1 business day.
- If the charge is not completed within the above period, the member may request a refund, which will be processed pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Article 8 of these Terms.
Article 7-3 (Service Provision Period)
- This service is non-physical digital content. The service provision period for credits charged via payment is within 1 year from the date of payment completion.
- The Company shall not unilaterally expire member credits without separate notice, and will inform members in advance before the above period expires.
- The term "permanent storage" used in these Terms or on guide screens refers only to a member's ability to re-access analysis results (reports) created after payment via My Page, and does not refer to the usage period of the credit itself.
- A member's right to withdraw the purchase and request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of payment pursuant to Article 8 of these Terms is not limited by this Article.
Article 8 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
- Members may withdraw their purchase within 7 days of payment pursuant to the applicable law.
- However, due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
- When the member has viewed an analysis report at least once using a credit
- When AI content has been generated using a credit
- Other cases where the value of the content has significantly diminished
- Unused Credits Refund: Unused credits within 7 days may be fully refunded. Please submit a request via 1:1 inquiry.
- If the service cannot be used normally due to the Company's fault (AI analysis failure, server outage, etc.), used credits will be automatically refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the application to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 weeks depending on the card company's policy.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
- The copyright of content posted within the service (analysis reports, designs, character images, text, etc.) belongs to the Company.
- Members may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit or allow third parties to use information obtained through the service without the Company's prior consent.
- Reviews and evaluations written by members within the service may be used by the Company for service operation and promotional purposes. Members may request deletion at any time.
Article 10 (Disclaimers)
- The fate analysis results provided by this Service are reference materials based on statistical and traditional fate analysis, and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any decisions made based on analysis results.
- The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, service suspension by telecommunications providers, power outages, or hacking.
- The Company is not responsible for a member's failure to achieve expected profits through the service, nor for damages arising from data obtained through the service.
- The AI analysis in this Service may produce partially inaccurate or inconsistent results due to the nature of artificial intelligence technology, and the Company does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- The Company operates a customer service center to reflect members' legitimate opinions and complaints.
- In the event of a dispute, if the member submits a damage relief application, the dispute may be resolved through mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or a mediation organization commissioned by the relevant authority.
- Lawsuits between the Company and members shall be filed in the competent court, with the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office (Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do) as the agreed court.
Article 12 (Supplementary Provisions)
- These Terms take effect on March 1, 2026.
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and general commercial practices.
