Refund Policy

Effective: March 1, 2026 · Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Art. 17

When Service Becomes Available

This service is digital content. Credits are automatically charged to your account immediately upon payment completion and become available without delay (within approximately 5 seconds on average).

※ Even in cases of delay due to communication disruption, automatic processing will be completed within 1 business day.

Service Provision Period

This service is non-physical digital content. The service provision period for charged credits is within 1 year from the date of payment completion.

  • The Company shall not unilaterally expire member credits without separate notice, and will inform members in advance before the above period expires.
  • The right to withdraw within 7 days and the right to a refund for unused credits below are not limited by this provision.
  • Analysis results (reports) generated after payment can be re-accessed via My Page unless the member withdraws or for legitimate reasons (the term "permanent storage" refers only to this).

1. Purchase Withdrawal (Within 7 Days)

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, members may apply for withdrawal within 7 days of payment.

  1. Only unused credits may be fully refunded
  2. Credits used to view a report even once are non-refundable
  3. If only some credits were used, only the remaining unused portion may be refunded

2. Withdrawal Restrictions (Digital Content)

The following cases restrict withdrawal pursuant to the applicable e-commerce law:

  • When the member has used a credit to view an analysis report at least once
  • When AI content (fate analysis, compatibility, tarot, Q&A, etc.) has been generated using a credit
  • When 7 days have passed since payment
  • Other cases where service provision has commenced and value has significantly diminished

※ Even in the above cases, a refund is possible if normal use is impossible due to the Company's fault (service failure, AI error, etc.).

3. Automatic Refund on AI Analysis Failure

The Company automatically refunds credits in the following cases:

  • When the AI analysis returns an empty response
  • When a timeout occurs during AI analysis
  • When the system enters maintenance mode due to Google AI quota limits, etc.
  • When payment was completed but credit issuance failed (after 5 retries)

※ Automatic refunds are immediately reflected in "Credit Balance" in My Page.

4. How to Request a Refund

    • Content: Payment date, payment method, reason for refund, bank account for refund

※ Business days are weekdays (Mon–Fri); weekends and holidays are excluded.

6. Partial Refund

  1. Partial refunds are not currently processed automatically and are handled manually by an operator.
  2. For partial refund requests, the used credit amount is deducted and the remaining unused portion is refunded.
  3. Example: 5-credit purchase (₩5,000) → 2 credits used → 3 unused credits refunded (₩3,000)

7. Refund Rejection Reasons

Refunds may be rejected in the following cases:

  • 7 days have passed since payment (except for Company's fault)
  • All credits have been used
  • Credits given free through events or promotions
  • Credits received as referral code rewards
  • Upon detection of fraudulent use in violation of the Terms

8. Dispute Resolution

  1. In the event of a refund-related dispute, it will first be resolved through 1:1 consultation.
  2. If consultation is difficult, mediation may be requested from:
  3. For final litigation, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office (Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do) shall be the agreed court.
